Texted Tips Help New and Expecting Moms

Need a little helpful advice about your new baby or pregnancy from an industry expert? That is just what you will get now that a new partner has joined in a free texting service to help new and expectant moms.

Smart Start has joined Johnson & Johnson as well as other partners in the service called “text4baby”, which allows new moms and soon-to-be moms to enter their baby’s due date or birth date, and in return will send helpful texts regarding health, safety, and ages/stages information for you and your little one for free (you carrier’s text message rates may apply if you don’t have a texting plan or have a limited one).

Text4baby sends messages such as reminders about vaccinations, tips on how to interact with your newborn, and health tips for mom, up to three times per week to Mom’s cell phone.  To sign up, simply text the word “BABY” to 511411 or click here TEXT4BABY.  Who knew that texting could be just what you need to get you on track with what your new baby needs?!

If you’re looking for more specific information or a personalized plan, consider scheduling an appointment with our expert, Cortney Gibson. She can talk you through the rough patches and help you implement positive solutions to your toughest baby troubles. Cortney provides a balanced, non-judgmental approach and takes your lifestyle and baby’s needs into account before giving advice or creating a plan. Oh, and she’s available by text message too. :)
